Blessing and virtue and skill

Fearlessness is a blessing, for it means you have no fear at the moment.

Courage is a virtue, for it means you have the bravery to overcome your fear, not by pitting it against some greater fear or desire, but by confronting it head on and enduring it.

Equanimity is a skill, for it means you have the ability to be alert and still even against the disturbing forces of fear, not by conquering it, but by the secret art of surrendering.
